Can the password be changed ?

Yes, you can change your password as many times as you wish. For this, nothing simpler – go to : My profile > Settings > Password

Can the username be changed?

Yes , you can change your username at any time, if it respects our policy. You can also change your profile picture and customize your account. For that, go to : My profile > Settings > Informations

Is it compulsory to make forecasts on all the matches of the competition?

It is strongly advised to make forecasts on all the matches, at the risk of minimising your chances to win. Those who do not take risks, cannot win ! Actually, the number of earned points can vary, depending on the winner you chose, on the score’s accuracy or on the goal spread between the two teams.

Can I modify / delete my forecast? Can I make more than one forecasts on the same match?

As long as the match has not started, you can change or delete your forecast. For the game’s simplicity, it is unfortunately impossible to accumulate multiple scores on the same match.

Who manages the game?

The platform’s administrator, named during the registration or while you placed the order to the purchase department, is in charge of administering the game via the access that he has to strategic functionalities ( ex: game customisation, list of gamers, general statistics, etc) You also have the possibility to name multiple administrators.

At what time of the day can forecasts be made?

You can make your forecasts at any time during the day, no matter where you are. The most important is to do it before the kick-off. Is the number of users limited?

No, there is no limit. You decide how many places will be available on your game-contest. It is, by the way, one of our solutions’ advantages – the pricing system being degressive, the bigger the number of users, the smaller the price for each one of them.

How can I see other users’ forecasts?

You can see other users’ forecasts once the game has started by going to : Forecasts > Ongoing or ended > See forecasts

What happens at the end of the event?

The end of the event will be crowned by the award of prizes to the players that have cumulated the highest number of points thanks to their forecasts. This can take place in a pleasant setting, during a ceremony organised to give thanks to the players for their motivation and active participation.

For which events can we make forecasts?

What happens if two participants are ex aequo ?

If multiple participants are ex aequo, they will be distinguished based on the number of times they have made exact forecasts. The more exact forecasts they have made, the quicker they will accumulate points.
